COVID-19 - Shipping Delays

      First and foremost, we would like to express that the safety and health of our employees and customers is always our top priority. 

        As COVID-19 continues impacting a majority of countries around the globe, We're closely monitoring and implementing protocols issued by local and state officials to ensure we do our part in preventing the spread of the virus.

        We are continuing to monitor announcements from our local and state officials and will update this page with any new developments that impact our ability to ship out orders.

        Customers are welcome to place new orders, however, please note there will be a certain delay in logistics aging (2-3 days).

Will the products of your website be sent to my country?

        Due to the high logistics costs, our website does not currently support the following countries: Iran, Sudan, Syria, North Korea, Cuba, Crimea, Venezuela, etc.
        Besides, it usually takes 7-12 Days to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom

How much is shipping OR the Fees?

        The good news is, we provide Free Shipping on most orders in our store which means that you don't need to pay additional fees. International shipping charges will be automatically displayed on the payment page.

        If your order includes special goods or you are not in the major countries covered by our service, A small shipping fee will be charged when you pay the order because of the high cost. Thanks for your understanding!

 

What payment do you accept?

        We accept Paypal, Credit Card etc.

When will I receive my order?

        After you paid, the order will go through the following two stages:

  • Order Processing (1 - 3 Working Days)
  • Third-party Express Shipping (3 - 20 Working Days)

 

         International shipping time will be automatically displayed on the payment page.

        Shipping time frames depend on your location and vary depending on the shipping method, as well your local customs processing times for International orders.

 

How long will you ship after I place the order?

        Orders are typically processed within 72 hours from one of our regional fulfillment centers. However, orders placed on a weekend day will most likely be processed on the following Monday. Keep this in mind if you are selecting express or expedited shipping.        

        If you order before 4 pm Local Time, we will ship your items within 48 hours. If you order after 4 pm Local Time on a Friday, or on a Saturday or Sunday, your items will be picked and packed on Monday and we will ship them within 72 hours.

 

Who will ship my order?

        Proper ships via EUB && USPS globally, or some other shipping methods that are more suitable for you. We update our production and shipping timelines if we expect any delays during periods of heavy demand.

        We also offer express shipping for an additional fee. 

 

Can I get shipping updates?

        You'll receive email alerts from us with the status of your order, pay attention to the Inbox after ordering in 72 hours. 

        If you have not received the email, please check the trash first; if you have been confirmed that you have not received it, please contact us by email at support@arlopo.com. or submit a form with your order information.

 

Last But Not Least

        Import Taxes: Please be aware that international orders may attract an additional cost for import taxes upon receipt. We'll try our best to afford these costs no need to trouble you to pay.

        We strongly recommend that you dispatch to a reliable address, as Proper is not responsible for lost or stolen orders.

        Physical addresses are preferred, as we are unable to guarantee the safety of items delivered to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
